I’m losing my mind here and need some help. I just got the new Anycubic ACE Pro 2 and I’m having a weird compatibility issue between my printers.
Here is the situation:
• Kobra X: Detects the ACE Pro 2 instantly, works perfectly out of the box.
• Kobra S1: Completely ignores it. It doesn’t detect the ACE Pro 2 at all.
The twist:
The original ACE (Gen 1) worked flawlessly on this exact Kobra S1, so I know the physical port on the printer is 100% fine.
What I’ve already tried:
• Updated the Kobra S1 to the latest available firmware.
• Did a full factory reset on the printer and cleared it from the Anycubic App.
• Tried different cables
• Tried the specific startup sequence (ACE powered on first, then printer).
Nothing works.
Has anyone similar trouble?
