Picked the game on sales: loving it !

The more I play it the more I'm drawn into it !

Just the exploration of the island itself (still not done!); figuring out that there are hints to be found; seeing for the first times rules being combined together and imagining how more complex puzzles could be made from these; seeing (or imagining, but hopefully it's real) the first hints of a deeper-level game (I'm coming out of Blue Prince!).

And it's just gorgeous ! Many beautiful, relaxing sceneries. You can just stop to look around between puzzles, feels good.

Week-end is over, but am sure looking forward to getting back to it ! It's been an absolute pleasure so far !

2 dentists consistently estimate 4000e for a single implant: normal cost ?

Molar implant, with external sinus lift (to construct quite a lot of bone).

Did I somehow picked two high-end dentists (my usual one, and a second opinion), or is that normal price in Vienna ? [Both are indeed considered implant specialists (or claimed to be) (extra formations, experience, university lectures on implants).]

Any recent costs from a similar situation in Vienna ? (external lift sizeably increases the costs)

What's happening there ?

Caught this this morning (Austria), I did not see what lead to this situation.

Does the upper bird feed on the dead pigeon ? Is that normal behaviour ? What's this bird ?

Edit: could be european sparrowhawk feeding on his prey ! r/whatsthisbird

What are your favourites 四字熟語 ?

After a year of studying Japanese, I've just learn about them ! (Quartet 2 textbook)

I like:
馬耳東風 : used when a person does not take into account criticisms

以心伝心 : when 2 people do not have to say anything to understand each other

一期一会 : we only have one life, so we should take care of it

Please correct me if my understandings are incomplete/wrong

Upper left first molar extracted: long term consequences ?

Tooth 14 (US) [16 FDI system] was extracted a month ago.

I still find myself unwilling to chew on that side. I genuinely don't know if I'll be able to chew crusty bread at some point on that side ?

Anyway, if I don't get an implant/bridge, are there long term consequences of that missing teeth, chewing mostly on one side ? Some asymmetry could develop, change the jaw shape etc ?

E-Scooters on sidewalks: how to handle strollers ?

It is forbidden for E-scooters to drive on the sidewalks, yet I see some essentially everyday.

Strollers usually go first on intersections, with the responsible person behind pushing it. I would be scared to do that nowadays... How do you handle this ? Go on the side of the stroller at each intersection, in case someone is breaking the rule ? Non-electric scooters also sometimes rush on sidewalks corners..

Should it be extracted or can it be retreated ?

Tooth 26 was treated about 20 years ago.

I got a moderate pain a couple of weeks ago with what I think is an abscess (small bubble of pus was there, above that teeth).

Dentist is surprised that I did not have problem before: the canal treatment seems incomplete. He sees an inflammation near the roots. I got antibiotics for a few day, and a deep cleaning appointment next week. He recommends extraction within a couple of months.

I am getting an endodontist appointment soon for second opinion, but would like askdentists's opinion as well.
