Need to know if it’s possible

My hands and face are dark brown but my legs chest and back are creamy yellow fair. Is there a way to lighten the colour of my hands and face?

I have noticed that when I take care of my skin it does start to look better but the second I go outside my skin gets dark again and have tried so many things to the point that know I think sunscreen is just a hoax. The cycle keeps repeating. My skin reacts the same whether it’s covered in one or not.

Looking for a medical oncologist

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I’m in panic mode and would really appreciate some advice.
Long story short, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and underwent radiation and chemotherapy. I was told the treatment was successful and that I was cancer-free.
About 6–8 months later, I started feeling unwell again. I pushed to get further testing, and a PET scan showed that the cancer had metastasized to my bones.
My oncologist has started me on the same treatment regimen I received the first time. I asked about trying a different treatment, but she told me to wait because she has submitted a referral to a medical oncologist and is waiting for one to accept it.
It’s now been over a month, and I haven’t heard anything. I contacted my doctor again, and she told me to wait until September, they’ll repeat my blood work and send another referral if needed.
I’m worried that I’m losing valuable time. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is it normal to wait this long for a medical oncology referral after metastatic disease is found, or should I be pushing harder for a second opinion or seeking care elsewhere?
Any idea how I can get a hold of the oncologist myself. Even the first time around my GP told me it was nothing but I went for a CT scan privately and it turned out to be cancer.
Any advice or shared experiences would mean a lot.

Thank you.

What’s with this city and strays :(((

*sigh* can’t get the image out of my mind

Imagine driving on a service road and noticing a cute little kitten sitting by the side, licking itself. You don’t pay much attention and keep driving. Suddenly, you feel the car go over something — almost like a rock or a bump — even though the road ahead looked completely flat.
Confused, you check the rearview mirror to see what it was.
You see the little kitten, struggling for its life.
It wasn’t a rock or a pothole.
It was the kitten that had gone under the wheel of the car.

Long story short:

felt like me and my family were about to get mugged Karachi style, but it turned out okay in the end.

The story:

My car broke down on Shahrah-e-Faisal, heading towards Karsaz. The moment I stepped out, four guys on two bikes pulled up out of nowhere.

They said they were mechanics and started checking the car.

felt very sketchy, the timing was just too perfect. Middle of the road, family in the car, and suddenly four random “mechanics” appear?

But they actually helped start my car… of course charged service fees for it, Plus tried to scam me for part the car didn’t need.
