Hey guys I wanted to share my experience with gameloot when I tried to upgrade my dualsense and trust me it was pathetic and pls be careful if u r sellling or repairing frm them,buying part is ok though

First I booked a repair for my controller which is actually not a repair it's just a tmr upgrade,it was on may19th,the delivery guy came the next day and picked it up normally whenever I order something frm them or selll them discs they reach them in 3 days even if it's holidays or business days,this time I didn't got the tracking number so I don't have proof but they r claiming that item reached to them on 27th may which is ridiculous

After a long conversation i agreed with them and they promised me tht they will upgrade it as soon as possible,I waited for another 2 days and called them again,now they told me to read their description which states tht it takes 5 to 7 working days for the repair,I called them on 3rd June again (yesterday) now this time they said my repair will be done on 10th July and if I don't want to wait,they will return my controller and I have to pay 200 extra for shipping charges,I paid the 200 rupees and sent a screenshot,called them again to return my controller immediately or atleast tomorrow but these idiots claimed it take 48hours for the packaging and shipping,I wasted more than 15days for this stupidity along with 200bucks and my controller is coming back with same drift issue (God knows if it will arrive in the same condition I sent them).....never doing any business with these clowns again
