Is it too much getting angry for two neglected calls? F19 M22

My bf yesterday in the afternoon when he was at home, didn't answer my messages for three hours, and okay this isn't the end of the world... he could have many reasons for not answering. But this isn't the usual so I called him, two times.

In the evening I was at work at the bar, he passed by with friends and I was annoyed by the fact that he didn't have time or enough effort to answer me, but he could organize with friends. In fact then he said that he heard the calls, but simply he didn't feel like answering.

I was disappointed 'cause I wouldn't do something like that, at least I would have given a signal and warned that I didn't feel like answering so as not to make him feel rejected
