Hello! Im one of the people who's Extra was totally messed up this month and it is still at the status of "your shipment is being prepared". I also was NOT able to shop add-ons on the 12th. I saw another post where someone else qas having the same issues but then it updated for them. It never did that on my app. I was wondering who else has not received their Extra yet and who else couldnt shop add-ons for the 12th? For my extra still sitting at the same status and not being able to shop add-ons, they emailed me stating I was getting a $5 coupon towards my next shop purpose but the code for it is only a $3 coupon code lol. Like I am just about fed up with Ipsy. I think ill be looking into other beauty subscriptions today. I only have been with ipsy since last December. First few months was fine now its just problem after problem lol. Just wondering if anyone else is the same boat as me? Lol

I am so tired of this. Every single month it's the same problems; choice issues, billing issues, shipping delays, people receiving the wrong products or not receiving what they ordered at all. I'm subscribed to both the Original and Extra memberships and yesterday was Extra choice day. I still haven't been able to make my selections. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that constantly has the same recurring problems month after month. At this point I'm seriously considering canceling because I'm tired of paying for stress instead of a reliable subscription!! Ipsy really needs to address these ongoing issues instead of letting them become the norm. So I guess everyone that had issues with Ultimate being canceled are just getting screwed out of their Extra bag and add-ons???? 😤 you have people every month wanting to cancel or has canceled bc of this b.s.
So I'm only getting the original with 5 samples and thats it. No add-ons. No beauty Boost. Which reminds me i need to get a refund for that. No extra and no add-ons for that. Im so over this crap! 😠

I was charged for Ipsy Original and made my choice just fine. I am also subscribed to Ipsy Extra but it hasn't charged me yet for it and I am not able to make my choices. I had an issue with accidentally signing up for the Ultimate back in June. I was never charged for Ultimate nor did I ever get an Ultimate box. I canceled it right after that happened and it was fine. I figured though come August 1st it was going to give me some issues with my Extra lol...So I think by doing that it messed my account up and saying my next Extra will come in September when I should be getting August's Extra and should be making my picks right now lol. My ticket is #27095696 if someone from the Ipsy Care team could reach out soon so I can make my picks I would greatly appreciate it!!!! My Ipsy Extra just arrived & I am so so happy with everything!😍😍 This is everything I got from Ipsy Original, Ipsy Extra, add-ons, and separate shop purchases. I absolutely LOVE the Tatcha melting lip balm, love the Natasha Denona bronze palette, and love the Tower 28 products so far!! The 3 chrome liquid eye shadow set is absolutely gorgeous & I can not wait to try them out!! I fell in love with the e.l.f. face wash & its $10 at my wal-mart so to get them for $3.50 was a steal! Looking forward to also trying out the LYS concealer and the Drunk Elephant products! Added-also excited to try out that Saturday Skin vitamin c+water blossom serum!! Has anyone used this brand before? 🫶♥️

Last week I ordered the bronze palette & it just arrived today. It is truly gorgeous 😍 I have green eyes so I am excited to create different looks using this! It is my first Natasha Denona product & I am very satisfied with this. The colors are all so pretty 🫶🧡 (pics w/ flash on and off) Edit to add- also im not the best photographer, my bad lol. A few months back I received the Drybar Triple Sec 3-in-1 Finishing Spray and I ended up having an allergic reaction to it. I have noticed for July that there is another Drybar hair product we could get but I absolutely do not want it obviously and really hope it isn't like a "forced" pick.
