I already have a smart card and I wasn’t given any notification of it being cancelled but for some reason it has disappeared from the sofi app. Any ideas or is the app just having problems today?

I noticed online that the menu at the smokehouse has a bunch of platters but are you able to get any of the different meats à la carte so that I can skip the fries and roll and just get the green beans instead?
