You all have provided me incredible recommendations for dentists. Now, I need a recommendation for a local grave memorial provider. A grave slab/ledger to be precise.

My mom passed in October and in November, I placed an order with a local company that's been in business for 100+ years but they can't seem to follow through with the order. Her birthday is approaching and will be the last straw for me if they don't have it delivered. I'm thinking I'm going to request a refund and order elsewhere. So I would dearly love your recommendations.

Most times, I end up never receiving my orders when they're transferred here to be processed.

I'm on Verizon. While on a call, the person I'm taking to will say they can't hear me. Sometimes they can't, then sometimes they can't. Has anyone else had this issue? Any fixes?
