This is boots, he was a stray and I scooped him up back in October. Hes around 8-10 months old and I feed him 2-3 times a day based on how early he wakes me up. Hes also extremely active and plays day and night so Im not worried about his mobility. When I first got him, I thought he had worms and took him to the vet and they said it was all just weight, so he’s always been kinda chunky but I’m worried he might be unhealthy, If he is what do I do?

My lips have been super dry and cracking lately and I noticed this swollen spot on my lip, i bit it yesterday ss you can see (I have a habit of doing that) does it look like it’s developing into a cold sore or just swelling from dryness/lip biting? I haven’t shared drinks with anyone and only kissed my bf of a year and a half and Im really worried. (The spot in the bottom is where I but it btw not a blister)
