i have health OCD - should i skip the ticks video?

what the title says, i have health OCD (obsessive thoughts about contracting and developing illness and disease paired with compulsive behaviors relating to checking for/preventing them).

is it a bad idea for me to watch the ticks video? would appreciate any insight as i watch all of erik’s uploads but don’t want to send myself into an anxiety attack.

my best friend is visiting in a little over a week and she wants to get drunk and do karaoke. what places around here host actually fun karaoke nights? like not karaoke nights that are just for people auditioning for The Voice LOL. no hate to them, but that's not us! we're also college age if that helps your recommendations
