I'm a digital art student, and after years of working and saving, I finally managed to buy a good laptop and a high-quality graphics tablet. Honestly, I don't know who to ask for help anymore.

For the past few days, my main graphics tablet and my backup (a cheap one) have been having compatibility issues due to their drivers. There was a brief period when everything worked fine, and I could finally focus on learning the basics of drawing. Then, in Clip Studio Paint Pro, my main tablet stopped detecting pen pressure, and many of my brushes and erasers stopped working correctly. From what I've been told, it seems to have something to do with the drivers, Windows Ink, and WinTab.

Also, on my secondary tablet, an AI suggested I disable the pen buttons because it was acting as if I were holding down the right mouse button.

I've tried to fix everything with the help of different AIs, but the more I try, the less I understand and the more frustrated I get. I've even considered restoring my laptop to factory settings, but the Windows account it's linked to is another problem. I forgot the password and I'm not logged into that account anywhere else, so I have no easy way to recover it.

I've spent days trying to figure this out, and it's become a bizarre computer puzzle where every time I try something, it either doesn't change anything or somehow makes it worse.

I don't know much about computers, but I've heard that if you post problems like this online, sometimes someone knows exactly what's going on and can guide you.

Please, if anyone can help me, I would be incredibly grateful. I can even offer a small reward to whoever helps me solve this.

There was actually a short period where everything worked fine, and I was finally able to focus on learning the fundamentals of drawing. Then, in Clip Studio Paint Pro, my main tablet suddenly stopped detecting pen pressure, and a lot of my brushes and erasers stopped working correctly. From what I've been told, it seems to have something to do with drivers, Windows Ink, and WinTab.

On top of that, for my secondary tablet, an AI suggested that I disable the buttons on the pen because it kept acting like it was permanently holding down the right mouse button.

I've tried fixing everything with the help of different AIs, but the more I try, the less I understand, and the more frustrated I get. I've even thought about doing a factory reset on my laptop, but the Windows account it's linked to is another problem. I forgot the password, and I'm not logged into that account anywhere else, so I have no way to recover it easily.

Soy un estudiante de arte digital que despues de años de trabajo y ahorro e logrado comprar una laptop y una tableta grafica de buena calidad. genuinamente no se con quien acudir para que me ayude con este problema por que desde hace unos dias mi tableta de dibujo principal y la secundaria una barata y economica han tenido conflictos entre ellas por sus drivers. hubo alguna vez un pequeño lapso de tiempo en el que pude aprender mis fundamentos de dibujo en paz. antes de que en Clip estudio pain pro. el lapiz de la tableta principal dejo de marcar presion y varios pinceles y borradores dejaran de servir aparentemente tiene algo que ver con drivers, windows ink y windows tab. ademas en mi tableta secundaria por consejo de una IA tuve que dejar los botenes de su lapiz sin funcionar para que no se quedara "marcando" click derecho permanenetemente. intente resolverlo con ayuda de IAs pero cada vez entiendo menos y me frustro mas e considerado reiniciar las computadora de fabrica pero el correo de windows con el que funciona no servira. olvide la contraseña y no lo tengo en inicio de sesion en ningun lado. ademas de no recordar la contraseña. llevo dias tratando y esto se a tornado en un extraño acertijo de computacion en el que cada vez que intento resolverlo o se queda igual o lo empeoro mas. no se nada de computacion pero e sabido que si subes situaciones como estas a internet debes en cuando te dan una buena solucion. por favor ayuda. prometo al menos una pequeña recompenza.
