Advice on Straggler gravel conversion

I’ve been on the lookout for an old gen straggler and finally found one. New custom build on Surly Straggler 700c with 3x8 drive train, Shimano hydraulic brakes and Surly Sunrise bars. $1,850

I plan to ride gravel 60% of the time and do some touring.

I understand this build is not very gravel oriented but trying to understand the uplift for making it more gravel centric.

The shop is open to switching thickslicks to more of a mixed/gravel tire which should help.

Are the sunrise bars good for mainly gravel riding? Or should they be replaced with drop down? If replaced, how difficult would that be on this setup? This would be my first legit bike purchase. Any advice appreciated.

Anyone looking to sell their Gravel Bike? ~$1750k

I'm looking to buy a gravel bike and explore across the GG bridge. Looking to spend around $1,750.00

I'm around 6ft male , and this would be my first gravel bike purchase. I’ve been combing through FB marketplace but it isn't giving me any luck.

Absolute hair clinic. Dr. Laorwong vs Dr.Ratchathorn

After weeks of research, I’ve decided to move forward with Absolute Hair Clinic.For those who have had a procedure done by either of the doctors there, what would you say are the main differences between them? Is one generally considered better than the other, or does each have particular strengths?
Also, does either doctor tend to achieve better results with a specific hair type or pattern of hair loss similar to mine (see recent post)?I’d really appreciate any firsthand experiences or insights before making my final decision. Thanks!

Overwhelmed with options. Which surgeon should I choose with a budget of $9k USD and ~3k grafts

Most doctors I’ve looked into are booked out a year in advance. I am hoping to have the surgery done in 6 months. Any recommendations on the best doctors for my hair loss type, budget, grafts and timeline are appreciated.
