everyday it's blocked nasal straps aren't available here nasal sprays don't work I have to get surgery but only in the next 2 years so I'm suffering every single day and it's driving me to Insanity I wanna pick up a knife and stab the insides of my nose

my stupid fucking nose is blocked every night, I can't use nasal sprays for more than a week and it doesn't even work to, all it does is just give me a feeling its not blocked when it actually is and it does not help me at all and the only way to fix my nose is to get surgery in the next 3 years cuz it's not suitable for my age as of right now, I never had a comfortable sleep in my life ever and I give up trying to fix my sleep schedule

he always complains and cries about how hard development is as if they dont have more than enough money and a giant team to work on the game but no all they do is add a small trashy gacha update every half a year and then cry when people complain
