2 months back i got laid off from my job. I had around 3 years of experience. Recently i cleared an interview and had hr discussion also. But it's almost 2 weeks but they haven't released the offer letter. Every time i asked the hr gives the same answer that it's under the approval stage. What should i do now? Should i believe that they are not going to release the letter or they might have hired some other candidate.
