Advice needed, looking for rental
To summarise my current situation; I'm a British citizen moving back to the UK after having lived abroad for a few years. Unemployed currently but I have money from a house sale to cover the rent while I look for something to purchase. I don't know anyone that could be a guarantor so I would be reliant on an online service instead.
Is it still possible to find rentals that would allow for lump sum payments? If not, what short term options are there while I find a longer term rental/property to purchase? And are online guarantors generally accepted or would I be wasting my time with that? Thanks in advance!
