Just opened a new tin of Yugen and I’m impressed. Super smooth and creamy with excellent nutty, vegetal notes and just the right amount of umami. Definitely a tier above Isuzu. This is right up there with Sayaka and Ogurayama for me.

Topped with toasted coconut
If you are in Los Angeles give Broguiere’s milk a try, it is delightful! Kanbayashi Shunsho’s Biwa No Shiro ain’t half bad. A little more of the lighter side but serviceable.
