Is there anymore I can do ?

Already called Fedex and they told me that the shipper has to provide the information, and that they have someone on the case already and to keep checking the tracking. Already opened a ticket with buyer but is there anymore I can do ? No plushies or kids stuff inside, mostly just keychains and a futon cover. Is this a big deal or is it just something small?

Update: i haven’t provided any paperwork or received any emails but it’s now saying “Held, cleared regulatory agency / agencies after aircraft/truck departed.” so i think it’s okay?? i’m honestly confused but whatever i think it’s okay 😭

i really want this cute glasses case off of mercari but i’ve seen that “Eyewear Products” are prohibited

the item i wanna buy isn’t prohibited but i don’t want to have any issues with shipping/customs, its not made with leather it’s 100% polyester

anybody get a package from dhl with plushies within the last couple days ?

90% of the time i get fedex but of course buyee gives me dhl after i spent the last month buying plushies 😔 anyways ill constantly check to see if i need to update anything but its going to the ohio location and i see people online say they’ve had problems there, has anybody received a package perfectly okay?

i know it’s not guaranteed but i usually always get it wednesday 10 pm ish unless there’s a holiday, and my job pays on fridays 😔

Does buyee tell you if something you’re trying to buy off of another website is a preorder?

Even with google translate i can’t tell if the item ships later or immediately, buyee says they can buy it for me though, will it tell me in the checkout screen if it’s a preorder ?

half the items have the page not found pop up and the other half that do ask me to download something, probably harmless but it’s never happened to me before 😭 just when i was about to buy a rare item i wanted 😔
