Asking peeps here on what size cap you wear + your actual head size? (If possible Nike Club sizes but anything helps) [assume i can't try one on sa physical store mismo]

Anyone here bought any adjustable nike caps? If my head size is in between two sizes (M/L & L/XL), which would you get and why? (Assume that I can't try the item in a physical store). Thanks!
