Distance spent retracing claimed territory
adam mentioned this on e8 of the layover, and oh my was he right about sam & mike retracing SO MUCH already claimed territory. despite travelling less in total, they retreaded soo much more even though it seemed like ben & adam had to retrace a whole bunch going back to kaohsiung

how's the school of art and design?
i'm a year 12 student not sure what to do next year but i'm considering maybe doing a FDD in art and design and i was just wondering if anyone here has done one or both of those degrees and could tell me a bit about their experience in it? how are the teachers, how practical/theory based it is, how are the facilities, would you recommend, etc any and all advice is welcome

Data analysis of Travel time + Challenge time vs. Chips earned in S17
Sam mentioned on the last ep of the Layover how it'd be interesting to see chip earnings vs time spent for each challenge, so i graphed it! what he said about steals being counterproductive is very true, on a chips to time basis they were literally the lowest, except jellyfish census which was the 3rd highest.
i calculated the travel time as the time it takes from the last location to a station + time to walk back to the station. challenge time is all my estimates so its probably not the most accurate(also it doesn't include stalemate time). if something is wrong pls correct me!!
its so interesting to see which challenges were statistically "the best" what do yall think
