what type of SSD would fit?

I am planning on installing a second SSD. it is a Z370N mixi itx wifi motherboard (it has gen3 slot) and this is the back panel. I want to install a samsung 990 pro 2TB Nvme 4.0 M2 SSD 2280. the problem im worrying about is that from left to right its 60mm to the left hole, and 80mm to the right hole. I asked google but I got an answer and google said i shouldnt remove the right screw cause its connected to something and that it could potentionally loosen the motherboard. so, do I need a 2260 or a 2280? I am pretty new to pc stuff
