Spare key - No key detected

Hello all. I’ve searched for the “no key detected” error but none of the answers match my particular situation. I bought a 2013 Focus used and it came with two keys, one with a built in fob with buttons and one that is just a regular key. The key with buttons works fine, always has. But recently I lost it and tried to use the spare, but the spare would not work and the car only said “no key detected”. Eventually I found my main key but I would like to know why the spare doesn’t work…? If this car requires some kind of electronic key then why did it come with a non-electronic one…? Pls help 🙏

Angry at B7Klan festival

I know it's probably too late for them to do anything about it at this point, but I would've really liked them to livestream the festival. I sent them many emails in the past few months asking for this and saying that I'm sure plenty of people would be willing to buy livestream tickets and never got a single response back, but I saw them reply to someone on Twitter saying that it will not be livestreamed. I don't have the thousands of dollars it would cost for me to fly to Paris, so I don't get to see my favorite bands performing oversees for the first time in years?? Super pissed off.

7 year old with bathroom-related trauma

The 7 year old I babysit has had a rough life for a while being bounced around from various foster homes for most of his life. He's in a permanent home now, but something must have happened for him to be afraid of going to the bathroom. He'll wait until he's literally about to pee/poop himself to go, and sometimes he doesn't even make it. I keep an extra pair of underwear and shorts at my house where I babysit him, but this isn't normal for a kid his age. When we leave to go somewhere I always tell him to pee first and he refuses to go and sometimes throws tantrums because he doesn't even want to try going. I know it must be uncomfortable for him, is there anything I can do to help him?? (Yes, his parent at home is working on this and yes I've suggested having him see a child psychologist of some sort, but it's not up to me)

Toilet handle help

We got a new toilet about a year ago and it’s a dual flush canister with no chain, but a hard tube going from the handle to the top of the canister. Sadly I didn’t purchase it and can’t find the brand anywhere. Recently the handle has become stiff and squeaky, and has to be held down for several seconds to flush all the way. The tube can’t be disconnected from the canister like some can (apparently). Doesn’t seem like any corrosion or anything on the handle inside the tank, am I gonna have to just replace the entire mechanism after just a year??

Clunking noise coming from front left tire when going over even small bumps

I have a 2013 Focus and recently had this experience:
Had front left CV axel replaced a year ago, no problems after
Had struts and right CV axel replaced a few months ago, mechanic said control arms and tie rods needed to be replaced soon as well.
About 2 weeks ago I started hearing a clunking noise from the front left tire, assumed it was the control arm bushings finally going out.
Had control arms and tie rods replaced.
Still hearing clunking noise from the front left tire when going over bumps!
What else could it be??

“Describe a time you had a problem and how you solved it?”

This has to be my most hated interview question. I’m only a GIS technician trying to move up into an analyst role. I can honestly say that due to my limited role as a technician, I’ve never really faced any major issues, or when I did I was only allowed to report it to people above me as I didn’t have authority to fix it. I know you can just make something up for this question but I can’t even come up with anything believable.
