Does anyone know how I can get on the phone or email with a real support person? The Walmart support (Chat/email) has been useless for our brand even though we are registered in the brand portal with an active trademark.

We've gotten approval to sell in the Beauty/Skincare category but Walmart continues to remove products telling us they are prohibited and need approval despite already having the approval and proof.

I've been doing around 20 orders a day organically for the last few months and suddenly this past week sales have stopped completely with some days getting 0 or at most 1.

Anyone seeing similar numbers or have any thoughts on what I should check on my account? We don't have any policy violations at the moment.
