So I am getting my tonsillectomy in 19 days due to chronic tonsillitis and multiple abscesses, I’ve been on antibiotics on and off for 4 straight times now. I’ve been looking up potential complications of tonsillectomies and bleeding is a big one but one that’s really scared me is altered taste. I never even knew this was a thing, google says it’s not very common and the permanent is exceptionally rare but does anyone have any personal experience with this?

I’ve been noticing a bit of a musty smell and feeling a bit heavy air wise in my house so I decided to buy a hygrometer and it says the humidity is around 70%. Google tells me that is way too high which I seem to agree with but I’m curious with all this rain and stuff are readings like that semi normal? What’s the humidity in y’all’s houses?
