As sole trader or small business owner, what does an accountant expect from you in terms of Xero usage? On a day to day basis what should you be doing in Xero? If you don't do this, what happens at the end of tax year. Does the accountant charge you double or triple?
I reserved a 1.5 year interest rate with ANZ a couple of weeks ago via internet banking. During the reserve confirmation it said a $25 non-utilization fee will be charged if I don't go through with the reserved interest rate. This was 2 weeks ago. The existing loan term expires in August. I now want to go to a different bank for the loan. I read the longer ANZ document available on the internet titled "Agreement to reserve an interest rate for you" but it does not mention the $25 fee and talks scarier amount. So which is it? When I login into internet banking it says the $25 non-utilization fee.

For the Orbiter bus when you is standing on the side of the road, how do you know you are taking the clock wise route or the anti-clock wise route?
If I imagine the road being tangent to a circle then it could be clock or anti-clock route. But if I imagine a circle encompassing Christchurch and assume the bus stop is at the center of the circle then I can make sense of clock and anti-clock routes. But placing the bus stop at the center of the circle bothers me because it hurts my feelings.
