Thoughts on a first fork lift: 2004 Daewoo G32P 10,000hr

I need to buy a fork lift for my small business. Very sporadic use, but I need to lift 6000lbs machines to unload from trucks, store some pallets on racks etc, probably will be used once or twice a week.
I found a local *high* time 10,000 hour 2004 Daewoo G32P. It is at a local fork lift dealer, getting checked over. They said they cleaned the fuel system, replaced the diaphragm, etc. It has a small hole in the exhaust, has a couple small leaks. Asking $6k for it.

Am I getting myself into a headache or should this be an ok machine?

Do I need to rewire my subpanel to isolate Grounds?

My understanding is subpanels need to have grounds isolated.

I was recently in my shop subpanel and realized all the grounds and neutrals are sharing the a common bus. I think I need to buy an isolated ground terminal, relocate all the grounds (including the aluminum ground coming from the service panel), isolate the ground tapped on the conduit nut, etc. Am I right here?

Bonus pics of 3AWG solar feed I found arcing when the wire was touched. Take a close look at the pic and see if you see what I found.
