Good General Surgeon gallbladder removal?

Has anyone had gallbladder surgery and had a good experience with a local clinic/surgeon in Riverside County? I need to have my gallbladder removed and the place my doc referred me to doesn't answer their phones and have awful reviews.

Audiobook recs?

Fantasy or sci fi with a slow burn romance sub-plot recommendations

I'm in an audiobook slump! Please help!

Do you have recs for some book series (no trilogies, 4+ books in the series or if it is a new series, it must be planned to be longer than a trilogy) with the following:

  • Urban fantasy or some type of fantasy or sci fi

  • NO YA

  • The book series must follow the same 2 main characters (no going from one couple in one book to the other in the next)

  • Female main character

  • No romantic triangles

  • Romance subplot is a must but I prefer more of a slow burn

  • Most of the drama can't be between the female main character and her love interest, it has to be mostly coming from the outside and the two need to work together- they can, however have arguments or disagreements

  • Easily skippable spice (i.e. nothing related to the plot is happening-- sorry I just feel awkward listening to spice when I am in a grocery store or when I walk my dog)

  • No ista lust/love, no comments about how hot the male main character is immediately after meeting him, no cheesy descriptions of the male main character (e.g. adonis, abs of steel, sex on a stick, etc) and no excessive discussions of his hotness

  • Either the female and male main characters have to be equally powerful or the female main character must be more powerful

  • Both the male and female main characters must save each other

  • Both must be protective of each other but not overly controlling

  • Authors whose works I've already read and enjoyed though may not be perfect: Seanan McGuire (even though she has a romantic triangle in the October Daye series), Ilona Andrews, TA White (esp the firebird chronicles), Carrie Vaughn, Patricia Briggs (though I am not a big fan of the insta-love in some of her series), Jennifer Estep, Laura Anne Gilman.

I am flying on June 3rd from LAX to Bucharest(OTP) with a layover in Vienna and my return flights are in July 29th from OTP to LAX via Vienna. They are with Austrian Airlines and I bought the tickets in December.

Lufthansa, the parent group to Austrian Airlines has already canceled all their flights between Franfurt/Munich and Bucharest because of this crisis. I also keep seeing articles about various airports only having a few weeks of fuel. So I am worried about my flights being canceled. My biggest fear is that while I will make it to Romania, I won't be able to make it back.

No, I can't cancel my flights because I wouldn't receive a refund, I really need to see my elderly relatives (it's my last chance to spent quality time with them), and be present for a religious remembrance of my grandma's death day (I had to miss her funeral).
