Brain zaps

Does anyone else experience ‘brain zaps’? Ive heard they’re common when coming off SSRIs but Im wondering if anyone has experienced them as a side effect whilst they’re taking sertraline (not as a withdrawal)?
I’ve been taking Sertraline (Zoloft) for 3 years and during that time have had odd feelings that come and go. It’s like a 0.5 second sensation in my head of extreme dizziness and like my brain turns off and on again very quickly. Not an electric shock sensation but a totally strange feeling, like a glitch. Are these brain zaps?

Was potentially exposed yesterday. So scared

Yesterday I met up with my friend who told me she was vomiting the day before and had been for a few days. I met up with her over 24 hours since she last said she vomited and we were sat outside the whole time. We did eat but didn’t share food. I’m so scared I’m going to get it. I’m trying not to count down the hours to when I might show symptoms and when I might be ‘safe’ but it’s so hard to sit with the uncertainty

Rubber base gel under press ons

I have flat natural nails and so press ons are often too curved for me. I’m wondering if I can use builder/rubber gel underneath my press ons (cured obviously) to create more of an apex? I’m also wondering if it would make the removal process any easier or gentler?

Has anyone tried this and does it affect the retention?
