Hey guys! We’re trying to find an automated setup for our accounts receivables NetSuite. Right now we have to constantly manually update our billing schedules via spreadsheets to handle custom client discounts / tiered usage.

International taxes have been stumping me recently, need some general advice with this. Basically my ecommerce store is opening up international shipping and I'm not sure how to manage it. I did my own taxes using QBO but it was simple enough to keep up with domestic taxes. I'm currently looking into Shopify's merchant of record, but the fees looked to be really high.

Stripe has been pretty good for invoicing but I'm looking for better agentic solutions to my accounts receivables. Really would love to move away from copy pasting spreadsheets + line items every time I need to send an invoice. Would also help if there's something that can help me with custom invoices that move past just line items x pricing (think custom discounts for certain clients, tiered usage, etc).

Hey guys, my AR workflow has been pretty messy so I'm just looking for anything that can help me send my invoices better. Right now I'm just using a spreadsheet that has all the prices correlated to the line items but it's getting a bit annoying to keep copying and pasting again and again. I tried automating it myself with a script but it's a bit out of my league (issues with custom billings) so I've been on the search for an existing setup.

We need to scrape a couple pages every week or so, right now we're doing this more or less manually but I'm looking for some sort of solution that can also be used by non tech employees (so hopefully usable with prompts or with an easy to navigate interface).
Not sure if it'd be better to build something or if there are some AI tools that already do this at a competent level, in that case we'd rather go that way.
Don't know if anyone knows or currently uses a tool that could do this! Would you recommend any? Any suggestions or thoughts on this would be helpful

Hey guys, so my store is based in the US and I'm planning on launching cross-region shipments (Eastern Europe, South Asia). I'd like to prepare beforehand on how to do my taxes for these regions. Right now, I'm just doing the taxes myself as it's still easy enough for me to keep track of domestic regulations myself.
I tried reading up a bit on international taxes, but there's a lot of information and I don't know where to start. Preferably, I'd rather not use third party automation tools as I have no idea if they can get me to trouble or not. But, I'm honestly open to any suggestions, I just need a somewhere to start right now.
