burnt out b feeds herself: tuna hard boiled eggs kimchi & peppers 🍥

It's been a particularly difficult week on top of a hard five years. I'm burnt out. I just want to lay my whole stupid situation out for someone and have them tell me what steps I should take, what options I might have. I'm 42 and it feels particularly pathetic that I can't just snap out of this and do what I need to do, that I don't even know what I want after that. I also recognize that I'm deep in (extended) luteal phase pmdd depression hell rn.

BUT HEY LOOK I ATE AND IT'S KIND OF BALANCED AND HEALTHY EVEN. I DID IT.
