Mike Wieringo Weapon X art (looking for source)
Mike Wieringo has been my favorite comic book artist since childhood and I have been chasing down most of his work as I possibly can. I randomly came across an Age of Apocalypse Weapon X action figure at my LCS, and noticed his artwork on the back of the card. I've never seen it before and I'm pretty sure he never drew interiors or covers for X-Men during that run.
Does anyone know the source of this image or if it was specifically created for this action figure line? Most of the other card illustrations look like they're pulled from interior artists.
