Should I cast lust early to let us use the entire window?
On some fights like Boss 2 of Seat, you’ll use the full lust window regardless.
But on Boss 3 (mini Lura) the vuln window is about 10 seconds and ends in the map itself ending. So should I just use it 20 seconds earlier and let it tick down instead of exactly during the vulnerability phase?
Been having it since I was a kid.
Now in mid 30s.
Happens when I oversleep or sleep on the floor.
Nothing’s worked, I just wait until it subsides usually after a day or so. And doesn’t return sometimes for months.
I used to think it was sugar or salt intake related.
But now I’ve tried a solution that works.
Apparently for my case, when I lie down, my neck sort of hovers above the pillow even though my skull makes contact. Like you can stick a finger from one side to the other and see the neck is not touching anything. It’s free floating while the back/traps touch the bed and the head touches the pillow.
Causing a backwards bent position for any nerves running from my spine into the back of my head if you can imagine it.
My solution was to roll up a bath towel and stick it behind my neck. So my neck finally has something to rest on instead of hovering all night while i sleep.
It’s been working so far.
I noticed with void bonus rolls i got 4/4 this week.
For sparks I only have the one.

I’ve tried several, but looking for options so I can keep trying what’s available until I find a good fit.
Ideally will be using to see party members and which HoTs they have on them. A countdown in text as the buff begins to fade before needing a top up would also be nice.
And if possible showing debuffs in the same way so it’s easy to see who needs to be dispelled.
I’m currently just taking turns gearing each spec. For lockout content, brewmaster gets a week of loot specialization for gear, then mistweaver the next week. It’s slow, but the thought of a second character seems like it would take a lot of extra effort.
Got my FB and IG banned for CSE.
I know exactly what it was because like many users here, we haven’t uploaded new pictures to FB in years. And only use the platform as a more convenient iMessage/Whatsapp. Since Messenger feels comfortable to use for daily chats with friends and family.
I had a chat with a friend about terminating a pregnancy.
A day later, CSE ban.
My FB and IG were linked in the Account Center.
So both were immediately disabled.
Couldn’t even login to export photos from the past 20 years of use (registered in 2009 when I was in high school and college).
I used a second account to buy Meta Verified to talk to a human. Because there’s no other way to get support or appeal.
The agent said the decision was final.
The next day this second account was also banned for Integrity. But not disabled, simply Restricted. Can’t post can’t use Messenger. I decided to Delete the account so it starts the 30-day removal process. I consider the account burned at this point. No point in keeping it. They also had asked me for a selfie verification. And it did nothing. Just one more piece of data for them to identify me with i guess - in the event of future new account creation.
I had used the accounts on my current iPhone. And I think there’s something with the apps. Because even if you delete Messenger, FB and IG apps, when you install them again from the App Store, it remembers your previous accounts and suggests them as logins on a fresh install.
I made a brand new IG with new email and fake name fake photo. Didn’t add all my friends and family. Just used DMs to open chats with a handful of people I chat with everyday.
The IG is still open a week later. No issues so far.
For the FB, ill wait until 30-45 days pass.
Then will trade in my iphone for a new one at the store. To reset the IMEI.
I’ll use 5G to register. Not at home, at a coffee shop somewhere not near my home location.
I’ll use new email and new phone number.
And fake name and fake photo (photo of a friend perhaps).
Then let the account age for a few months. Not adding too many people. Maybe no one at all from my past. As if you add 3-5 people it could start identifying you again from your circle of peers. I’ll just use Messenger with those I need to chat with day to day. Anyone who doesn’t use iMessage or other communication apps. So DMs without adding friends.
And hopefully that will work. And maybe in a year or so ill start adding new photos of me.
My concern is this. I was able to delete my second account and start the 30 day removal process. But the disabled account, my original main account, is in limbo. I wonder how long they lock up the data for. If not forever. Since you never get a chance to delete. They simply remove your access to it.
As an edit, i wanted to say the following. I’m treating this in the same way other platforms identify new accounts. When I get booted off the alien app (this one) every few years, I employ a similar strategy to get back on.
You can’t simply make a fresh user and get back to it. You need to use a new device, so simply changing phones works. And new email. From there, you can’t just use it freely. Aging matters. And slow interactions with the platform. So zero posts. Just liking a handful of threads a day. Then stopping and repeating that for months. Eventually you can start making comments. Just a few, not more than 3 a day I’d say. And do that for months too. Then comes time for your first post, in a low karmic requirement sub. Then check if you’re shadow banned. If you’re not, congrats, you’ve successfully got back on the alien app.
I’ll employ a similar strategy for fb and ig.
Is it a combination of several different addons like a nameplate, a unit frames , plus one for debuffs and buffs?
Or is there a good one with all in one. I'm planning to play mostly M+ so want something easy to see and easy for mouseover casts.
I play mostly tanks. Haven't played in years and forgot what I used to use.
The blizzard frames and buffs/debuffs bar is just as bad as it's always been sadly. Even after years, and when I last played they were on a mission to purge third party addons, guess they never made good enough replacements to follow through haha.
