EPS contribution not remitted

In my first organization, my basic salary was below ₹15,000, so I was contributing to EPS.

When I moved to my second organization, the PF transfer was completed successfully.

After switching to my third (current) organization, the transfer failed. That's when I discovered that my second employer had not contributed to EPS.

I wasn't aware of this issue while working there. I raised a correction request with my second employer and, after nearly five months of follow-ups (including escalating to the Finance VP), they finally submitted a correction request to EPFO on 1 April 2026 along with the required stamped documents.

It's now been over two months, and the correction still hasn't been processed. I raised a grievance on the EPFO portal and attached all supporting documents.

Today, I received the following response:

"Sir/Madam, the grievance has been forwarded to the concerned section for scrutiny. Action will be taken within the stipulated time. The inconvenience is regretted."

The status has been updated to "CASE DISPOSED OF."

Does anyone know how long such EPS corrections usually take? Once this is resolved, I'll likely need to repeat the process with my current organization as well.

I ordered a monitor table on May 8 with Express Delivery, and the promised delivery date was May 9. Then it got delayed by 2 days and was updated to May 11 saying logistics issue. Today, the order was marked “Out for Delivery,” but from 5 PM to 8 PM I tried calling the delivery agent 7–8 times, and every single time the number was busy.

I contacted customer support, and they kept telling me to wait until 11 PM. Even the support team tried contacting the delivery agent, but there was no response from him either. Now at 9 PM, I get another message saying the delivery has been postponed to tomorrow.

This has honestly been my worst experience so far. A lot of my time and energy got wasted because of this poor service. The support agent is now saying it will be delivered tomorrow “100%,” but after this experience, I seriously feel like stopping the use of Flipkart altogether.

Whats the point of Express delivery, I think they want us to cancel order so that they can take all the chutiya fees
