Incoming international grad student here. I got an offer for a room in a 2-bedroom unit at Charles Chang for C$4,740/term.
Is it worth the price? My plan is to stay there for Fall to get settled, then maybe move somewhere cheaper for Spring/Summer.

Is the ‘Review of Eligibility’ heading even relevant or is it not updated regularly? I applied 4 weeks ago for a study permit and it still says “Your application is in progress, we will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility.”

In standard recording contracts, many artists are considered "unrecouped," meaning they have yet to pay back advances, recording budgets and other label expenses. In many cases, additional income streams are applied toward those balances instead of being paid directly.
