Finally! New setup :)

I have saved so much for this. The keyboard is the Actto B730 and the tab is from Amazon (Android). Total expense: 400 USD Approx. Been waiting since August for the keyboard to get delivered. Hopefully some good ideas happen! 🤞🏽

Mild MVP but treadmill disasters

I have mild MVP (26F) and was diagnosed this year because I had tingling sensations down my left arm, chest pain and tingling in my jaw. I also have a small disc herniation so the doctors thought it might've been causing this. Anyway I did get an echo and they found mild MVP and the doctor said no restrictions at all. I have high heart rate and was given Propranolol 40 (long acting).
However what's bothering me is, walking for 15+mins on a treadmill has always made me feel kinda dizzy with heart and head throbbing. I've also blacked out for a few mins before and my arm tingling and calmy feeling is back if I ever walk stretch upto 20mins. Is this normal for everyone or is it happening due to MVP? and should I do a treadmill test? (I had failed a tilt table test 10 years back, not sure if that's relevant here.)

Am I Soft Romantic?

Height 4'11". Apologies for the swimsuit pic but felt this was the best one for assessment of body type. I am overweight and actively trying to lose weight (hence the gym lol) but I am unsure if I am Soft Romantic (some people say pear some say hourglass). Can anyone help?

I have fine frizzy hair with an oily scalp. Been using a clarifying shampoo with Salicylic acid(Naturali) once a week because I go to the gym. Otherwise my daily shampoo is a sulphate and paraben free one (Mildy AHF, recommended by a dermatologist long back) that cleans well enough.

I wash my hair 3x a week. My hair used to be coloured (box dye) and I even did keratin rebonding 3-4 years ago. Young and reckless lol. Most of that is what you see in the ends. The new hair is all virgin hair yet it's frizzy and it's not as smooth as silky as it used to be.

I have used Olaplex and am using the Minimalist Maleic bond repair range (serum and conditioner) and the hair becomes softer but only as long as I keep using it. Without it my hair is rough and unmanageable. I use a TangleTeezer brush so minimal tug and pull. Also I air dry my hair but have noticed that blow drying and heat makes it softer and more manageable.

My goal is to make my hair manageable and not feel so weak and dry. It used to be straight but I don't know why it looks wavy these days. I braid my hair a lot to prevent it from damage. Anyone with similar hair type or problems?

*The pictures in the blue dress are after Maleic bond serum+ shampoo+ maleic bond conditioner and air drying. *The picture in the pink dress (last picture) is just shampoo and air drying—no conditioner, no pre treatment.
