Vent/Advice for HR Career [India]

Long post, so please stay with me

I've been into HR for 5 years with 9 months being non-HR. I've worked in both TA and Opeartions during all employments. So I left my first company in 2024 without any offer (my biggest mistake) because as they were transitioning from remote to in-office, I wanted to wait for my appraisal in December to see if it would be enough to relocate. They wanted me to come down to office to plan Diwali event in November, but no official information was sent to me, and I had already communicated my relocation delay to my manager.

After that I started at a school (non-HR), meanwhile landed an hourly pay remote HR opportunity by year end and been there for more than 1.5 year. The pay is not what I planned to make at 5 years experience and I've started applying again but not getting any calls. It's line the market's dead. So this has lead me to to think if I should transition to something else. If yes, then what?

I'm okay with starting from scratch and learning something new as long as it's meaningful and pays good.

Hi, my twin is getting married and I'm not able to decide which outfit to wear for what function. I have decided the outfits and don't want to wear a good one for a short function.

The grayish lehenga is decided (as of now) for Dastoor/Sagai or any other function within 1-2 hour nearby time frame.

The kurti-garara was initially for Haldi but since it's haldi-cum-pool party, I don't see the point of wearing it for 1-1.5 hour then change for pool party. So I'm thinking of wearing it for Sangeet with/without dupatta.

The rust orange lehenga was initially was Sangeet but it's more suitable for the wedding reception.

What I'm confused about is Sagai and Sangeet are on same day and both outfits are in the same shades. Need advice if I should change or look for something else.

I would love suggestions for the accessories as well.
