I had laser hair removal in late 2024/25 thru ideal image and had purchased a touch up package for $100 touch ups for life.

My hair is now growing back a little bit and when I called to schedule a touch up appointment, I found out they went out of business??

Now am I gonna have to pay for all of it all over again, or will somewhere honor the package I had purchased thru the now closed company?

Am I gonna have to pay 5k like I did in the first place? Feeling very frustrated and let down. Figures the company I picked went under.

Hello friends, I have a 2023 Mazda CX-30 with roughly 39k miles on it. It sounds SUPERR rough over bumps. I live in New England, so I’m aware that things would wear down a bit faster but 3 years??
Is it normal to need shocks on a 3 year old car? I take it to the dealership for oil changes regularly and they haven’t said I need them but I wince everyday going over bumps it’s ridiculous.
Is anyone else dealing with this?

I’ve been trying for about two weeks to get in touch with a live agent at TDI.
I call first thing in the morning (8:00) but all it does is tell me when the agents are available and then hangs up on me even if I’m calling within the hours.
Then once it hits 830 it stops letting you call altogether and gives you a busy signal.

Am I missing something here? Why do they make it impossible to get in touch?
