never understood this joke...(Stephen Chow, 美人鱼)

So to be fair there are about like 5 jokes a minute in this movie but I was always really curious to get more context to this scene I have recorded:

Where it seems like the dubbing changes from mandarin to cantonese? And then theres a series of what I assume are puns I would never conceivably understand from my vantage point... as a totally uninformed but curious fellow. So I had to check in and see if anyone could enlighten me to anything you notice going on in this scene. It's one of my favorite comedies I love Stephen Chow.

[PS4][2010s?] Mech-suit espionage stealth war game

Hey guys im trying to remember this game I probably saw a trailer for during an E3 back in 2015-2019 for some game where you are in a generic looking war in some classic sci-fi boring looking city/town and yknow its all at night basically and the gimmick was you could get into mechs and out of them as well. there was moments of stealth where you would need to be sneaking around too?

now the thing thats interesting is this game maybe never even released, i cant recall. and if it did release im almost positive it got bad reviews lol but i really want to look it up again and maybe play it.
