Hello everyone. This question has probably been asked many times, but I've got a job interview coming up and I'm nervous.
The interview is for an admin / shipping position. The job will involve admin stuff as well as packing and shipping items.
I'm partially sighted/low vision. In my past jobs , I never disclosed my visual impairment and always burnt out quickly from trying to keep up with sighted people.
I don't want to do this again, but I'm not sure how to comfortably and casually disclose my visual impairment.
The accomodations I need would just be a screenreader for the computer, which shouldn't be difficult to set up. Otherwise I just need to be told where everything is, and I think they do this anyway with every newcomer.
Does anyone have any advice?
