Account Health app feature is actually good

I switched to EDF Go Electric mainly for the longer off-peak hours 3 months ago. I was given a ridiculous DD amount so I wanted to review it. Straight on the app home page, the Account Health summary told me today I was paying too much and suggested a nice low monthly figure. All done in 3 clicks.

Electroverse showing plunge pricing today Sat 13 June

The Electroverse app has notified me that the following public providers will offer Plunge Pricing at 40% off today 1030-1500 throughout the UK.

Operators:

Osprey, IONITY, GeniePoint, RAW Charging. Be.EV, Instavolt, Zapgo

You get the offer via the Octopus Electroverse app or the Electrocard.

What is Octopus Electroverse Plunge Pricing?

I use Electroverse widely as I drive a number of EVs for work. Happy to supply a referral link by DM but won't post it here.

Edit for formatting.

Does a ticket from Buxton to Swinton (MCR) via Manchester include Metrolink transfer?

I have a ticket from Buxton to Swinton for this morning. The first train comes into Manchester Piccadilly, the second leaves from Victoria. There's no train MAN to MCV in the time I need so I plan to hop on the free bus to Victoria. For a journey like this I usually buy 2 separate tickets via MCZ which includes a Zone 1 tram. I just want an easy transfer and to avoid the rain. Am I in luck?

What benefits do I need to know about now I've joined?

I just joined EDF because I have an EV (10,000m pa) and will only use a granny charger for a long while. Yes, I used a referral. My non-EV electric usage is about 3,000 kWh. I've kept my gas with Octopus as I have a Loyal Fixed tariff.

What behaviours should I adopt to make the most of my account?

Wild garlic at Buxton Country Park

Today is likely a record temperature for a day in May, a day to find shade.
