I just upgraded 2 phones and traded in 2 old ones. Can I take my traded phones to the local spectrum store rather than shipping?

Drove 20 miles each way to the closest HF to buy a cargo carrier using the 15% coupon. This is the Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina store. Took the product card to the register and was told by the cashier that they couldn't sell me one since their help were unloading a delivery truck and I should come back another day. ???

What business refuses a sale because they are busy? I'm glad Amazon had the same unit for the same price.. Lost out on the 15% but I'll survive. Harbor Freight can keep all future offers, I am done with them.

I have 2 gig FTTH and speed test.

Tnet shows I am receiving very close to rated speed. However, when I use Spectrum's app speed test it consistently shows my modem only receiving about 350 Mbps. Does this indicate a modem issue? Should I seek a modem/ONT change out?
