Latest configuration for the home setup

Recently got my hands on an sc5000m and decided to use the s7 for that as it has auto bpm detect and I can dj off the single Denon in standalone or flip it to hid to use as the right deck for the Rane setup and Serato.

I don’t dj with vinyl other than scratching so the crss12 works well as either scratch deck or a Serato deck.

The right side deck and mixer is often in flux - until recently, I had one of my tech twelves and an ecler mixer just for scratching and daisy chained in a way where it can also be used as the 2nd deck for the Rane + crss12 setup.

I also have multiple tech 12s and Rane twelves that I can slot in if I want to switch things up.

I’m aware of the irony of using the inmusic mixer with the pioneer turntable and the inmusic player with the pioneer mixer.

I have a large grouping of smart playlists based specifically on BPM ranges that I'd like to be able to copy en-masse and edit one or two specifc criteria so I dont' have to start from scratch each time.

Each grouping contains 23 smart playlists - each with 4-6 rules and I want about 5-6 of these sets of Smart playlists so doing each set from scratch is a huge chore.

I found this app which would help immensely, but it's long unsupported: https://dougscripts.com/apps/smartsapp.php

Anyone have a suggestion for something similar that is working with modern OSs?

I have that nasty USB power whine in my setup with an iPad connected to a MOTU Ultralite MK5.

I've tracked the source down to the USB-C power when running both the audio interface and my power via a USB-C hub.

I've been able to eliminate the hum using an audio ground loop isolator cable, but I'm using 6 input channels on the audio card which means I'd need to grab at least 3 ground loop isolator units to eliminate all of the sources of hum.

Was wondering if using a USB-C isolator adaptor for the connection to the audio card would help and if anyone has a recommendation.

I think i tried this a long time ago with a different setup and the usb isolator i purchased somehow stopped class compliant compatibility with my MPC.

For now, i'm running my ipad using battery power, but i'd prefer to have it plugged in.
