I was a huge fan of the Crossbow planner co inserts until I made the switch from mechanical pencil to fountain pen, I find the paper doesn’t catch with the nib - it’s as if the paper is too smooth to write well on?
I hate the official ones even though I know they’ve taken the QR ridiculousness off of them now.
Is there anyone else in the market I should consider?

Would love any recommendations for a nice hotel near-ish (within a 20 minute drive is ideal!) please, and any tips on how to make the day better.
I’ve heard they really pack it to capacity - and foolishly we’re likely to encounter peak as we’d like to go a weekend in July or over the summer hols. I don’t want to stay in their hotel as I’m v funny about hygiene and you can’t convince me they’re truly cleaning kid bogeys off of the LEGO models in those rooms. And I suspect we’d get a much nicer hotel for the same price on the outside? We’ll be 3 x adults (MIL - not in a thruple) and 1 x LO. Walking isn’t an issue for any of us, I’m not so bothered by queues, but am v concerned about food - is there anywhere ok or are you better off taking a picnic of nice bits in?
