I was playing floor hockey and I stepped on my stick and smacked the floor. Ive been icing it but its so swollen.

I took video of the engine to see if its any different. Unfortunately I have no knowledge in cars but I would really appreciate some help.

So for context, i had this car for 2 years. It gets me everywhere with no complaints as a fantastic car. Back in August though of last year, it ran into some problems that I did not have the money to fix and it took that time but I managed to fix it until it ran into another problem with its dual friction clutch in october. It resulted in me putting more money into fixing it. In February, I got in trouble due to insurance lapse so I couldn't drive it for a while, but I would still drive it up and down the driveway to keep it active, but today when I did it. I heard a odd noise coming from the front and im trying to figure out what it is because I love this car and want to fix it, but im so scared to discover whats going on with it.
