Does Heroic Marks of Sanctification drop from ICC10H, or is it from ICC25H only?

Can someone that has tried, confirm whether it is possible or not to enchant a level 1 heirloom shoulder with the Zandalar Signet of Might, AND WEAR IT AT LEVEL 1?

I'm seeing conflicting information across Google.

Do heirloom trinkets need to be purchased twice? It is not like retail where I can purchase it once and duplicate them thereafter?

is the refund function on the website supposed to be automatic or does it require GM response to complete the refund?

Shortly after I noticed a familiar name, and upon checking /who, turns out she's in this guild. When I first noticed her, she was posting something to the effect of \"non toxic group looking to replace trolls.\" By the time I got to getting a screenshot, the message had changed to just \"replacing goofs.\"

Just wanted to confirm if she is the toxic troll that I recognize.

So she and Screenme started forming a group for the first 6 bosses of ICC. Eventually refused to roll loot, became extremely toxic about it, and began kicking players that spoke up.

Players becoming concerned the roll window will expire.

so I made a report to a GM about how a PUG raid leader kicked a bunch of people out of the group before rolling loot. refusing to roll loot, being toxic, and then just removing players.

and the GM responds saying "evidence does not show rolls" and links me to the forum rules on how to make a report.

if you got ganked it's because you didn't smash the spacebar enough times.
