I think I made a mistake buying from Jura-Parts.com
Paid for expedited shipping, no part or response for two weeks, and getting a sinking feeling reading the reviews. Should have researched beforehand.

Anyways, on the flip side, I reached out to Shopjuraparts.com and called their phone number and talked to a real person who was very knowledgeable. They are in Philadelphia. Before I look stupid to my employer again, can I ask if anybody has used them?

Looking at buying a really clean 2018 Platinum. It has what seems like all the oil changes listed on the carfax, and many are at 8k mile intervals. 123k miles total.

Is sludge the risk? If there an easy way to see if it has sludge?

Or should I wait for one that doesn’t have this risk? Probably should. My wife really likes this one though.
