Idk what’s more sketchy… the P320 or the eBay Special watch

No matter what I do I cannot get this 3.6 inch slide to fit on any frame it gets close but on the factory frame, Magpul and Wilson combat it’s all the same. The recoil spring assembly is brand new from sig. Could it be the Parker mount machine barrel? Or am I just doing something completely wrong?
