Is 4 weeks to soon after injury to have surgery?

I ruptured my ACL and partial lateral meniscus tear. Surgery is Wednesday July 8th. The accident was June 11th. Ive been doing PT and have near straight extension. My PT thinks its fine to have the surgery. I just see many people say they wait 3 months or more to have it.

AMS lights

I have two AMS2 Pros, both brand new came in last week. I turned the power off because I had the hub feeding issue and decided to reseat everything. Put it all back together and the lights come on when feeding filament and printing from the slot but when idle they dont stay on like the other. I opened it back up and checked all cables are seated. I have had so many issues already with this brand new AMS.

I designed an X2D poop chute because their aren't enough already LOL

I browsed through dozens of poop chutes for my X2D because I just wanted something simple and low cost. I finally got tired and designed this one. It costs less than 100g to print and and has a spot for a 6x2 magnet if you want to secure it even more but its not necessary. I dont like using the screw slot and prefer not to use glue either so I designed the magnet slot to be pressed into place using plyers which seems to be holding very well. Hope you like it!

I already ordered the U1 but thinking of returning it upon arrival and getting the X2D just for ease of use. The main reason I wanted the U1 was for multi material like being able to print supports for tpu using pla. I do multicolor prints also but Im also kind of worried about being locked to only 4 colors. They are currently the same price but after purchasing filament dryers and top cover I could just buy a second AMS. The main thing I am worried about is reliability of the U1 and software. Coming from P1S I never encountered issues really or they were easily solvable and being able to browse and print straight from bambu studio without trying to get all of the print settings correct in the slicer is a big issue im worried about.

I got offered 600 to sell my p1s with ams2pro and ams ht. Thinking of selling to upgrade to thr snapmaker u1. Is it worth the upgrade? Is it just as reliable and easy to use? Ive only used the p1s for 3d printing.
