login & pw fails, to get me to the shared plus account on any known devices.. the Google purchase invoice does not give me the Sparkle ID. not able to use dashboard hopefully to shuffle how many device are attached. ideas?

when reinstalling sparkle and the shared account message is "max number of device exceeded" how to manage to deactivate a device? how to know which one?
