I watch an episode of Cheers every morning before work- aside from the mild frustration of episodes being in the wrong order, I have now found that seasons 8-9 have vanished! I am in the UK but was wondering if anyone else was seeing this?
Not strictly a dating question per se, but hopefully the mods are ok with it as it's kinda related. My 6-year-old niece has asked me why I'm not married. I don't actually mind the question as she's a child and curious about the world (rather than, say, an older relative asking). I told her that I hadn't found anyone I wanted to marry who felt the same way towards me but that I'm content as I am. I'm not sure that satisfied her, but it is the truth.
How would you/ how have you responded to such questions?
I did a pyramid run today- I had a 120s rest, and it got to the ten seconds remaining alert. I started jogging in anticipation of the next lap starting and… nothing. I did the 600m according to my watch thinking there was an audio issue, but no, it was still stuck on the rest (which had now got to 5 minutes).
I was able to move to the next lap fine (though didn’t do it again), but thought it worth pointing out that this has happened where it hasn’t moved to the next lap after a rest (it’s happened a couple of times now).
