Or put another way, if you could get Pentair to change one thing to make your experience with Pentair Pool equipment/service better, what would that be? What is it that you loathe about pentair if anything … a product issue you cant ever avoid.. anything.. im curious to learn.. maybe we can do something about it.
So I’m torn because I recently made some purchases from a seller I otherwise have liked only to realize the products that they sold me are fakes but represented as being legit (that time— can’t speak to whether they are knowingly selling others that are fakes).
This is not a small seller and they are well known and well liked/rated. I dont like being lied to and paying more than I would have had i known and yet I also don’t want to be the one who potentially gets their account shut down. Without elaborating too much i watched them sell hundreds of these ranging in price from what might be fair ($13) since they’re fake up to $70. Most of my purchases were in the $40-50 range and I bought like 12.
It would be highly unlikely they were unknowingly selling fake products it’s pretty obvious to anyone who knows what to look at.
What would you do?
